What will you remember of 2023? 

As Director of the Benelux Champagne Office for 2023, I will be remembering the huge interest shown by (future) wine professionals, sommeliers, cellarmen, restaurateurs, and importers in Champagne education. Our new "Champagne Challenge" workshops, aimed at professionals, were a huge hit with all kinds of audiences. They meet a very strong demand on their part to develop their knowledge in a practical, interactive, and sometimes unexpected way.
